His journey has encompassed a diverse range of environments, from department stores to specialty shops and airports. Over the course of three decades, he has honed his expertise in driving outstanding outcomes for customers, staff, and investor groups alike.
Andrew’s leadership acumen extends across various disciplines, where he has assumed pivotal roles such as CEO, Managing Director, COO, and Chief Officer for Aviation, Retail, Ground Transport, and Property within the retail and airport industry. His dedication to the field is further demonstrated by his contributions as both Chair and board member on several esteemed boards, including Launceston Airport and the Starlight Children’s Foundation Victoria Branch.
Notably, Andrew recently achieved success in leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a new Duty-Free provider and seamlessly integrating them into operations at Melbourne Airport. His current focus centers on aiding startups and other airports in optimising their revenue strategies.
